Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Organic OS, a web application available at orbitaorganic.online and operated by 48.868.100 Patricia Carneiro Da Silva (“we”, “us”). By signing in to Organic OS you agree to these terms. Questions: guilherm817@gmail.com.
1. The service
Organic OS lets authorized operators manage content for Facebook Pages they administer: prepare, schedule and publish posts and Reels, keep a catalog of offers, and configure rules that reply to comments on those Pages. Organic OS acts only through Meta's official APIs and only with the permissions the Page administrator grants through Facebook Login.
2. Accounts
Access is by invitation. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for actions taken with your account. We may suspend an account that is compromised or used in breach of these terms.
3. Your responsibilities
- Connect only Facebook Pages you are authorized to manage, and keep that authorization current.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for the replies and messages your automation rules send, including their accuracy and any links or offers they contain.
- Comply with Meta's Terms, Community Standards, Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies and applicable law, including advertising and consumer protection rules. Do not send spam or misleading content, and do not message people who have not interacted with your Page.
4. Meta platform limits
Publishing and replies depend on Meta. Meta may limit, delay or reject a request, change its APIs or revoke access. Organic OS records the result reported by Meta and does not repeat a send whose result is unclear, so some actions may need manual follow-up.
5. Content and data
You keep all rights to the content you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Organic OS available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features and will communicate material changes to operators.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by Meta's decisions, outages or policy enforcement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Organic OS at any time and disconnect your Pages. You can also request deletion of your data as described in the data deletion instructions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
